Your Commission Is Being Chipped Away
Why is 20% to 40% of your hard-earned commission gone before it even hits your account?
Split Fatigue
You do the work, your broker takes a big slice. Traditional splits drain thousands from each deal.
Hidden Fees
Many franchise brokerages tack on franchise fees, desk fees, or "tech fees" you never agreed to, and rarely use.
Paying for Stuff You Don't Need
Mandatory office overhead, desk time, or training sessions you don't want, all billed to you.
Before & After
Before: 70/30 Split
Broker takes $12,000/year in splits
After: Realty Hub
$100/year + $100/closing
The Bloated Brokerage That Feeds on Your Commission
Traditional brokerages are bloated with overhead you'll never use: offices you don't step foot in, layers of managers, franchise royalties, and tech fees you never asked for.
Fancy Offices
Prime real estate you never visit
Management Layers
Multiple managers taking their cut
Franchise Fees
Brand royalties you pay monthly
Tech Fees
Software you don't use or need
Every time you close a deal, they chip away at your income to feed that overhead.
You're not paying for true support, you're paying for someone else's rent, staff, and perks you don't need.
Realty Hub flips that. One simple flat fee. No franchise cuts. No forced office or desk fees. Just you, your business, and 100% of your commission staying where it belongs: with you.

We built Realty Hub to strip away all that bloat.
You deserve to keep your money, work how you want, and still have a real broker in your corner when you need help.
