What Happens Next?

At the end of the application process, agents will be given directions to complete the Transfer/Registration process for the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Upon successful completion, within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, confirm the activation status of your license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), and send you a Welcome Email.

The Welcome Email will contain:
